Officers have confirmed they found the body this morning in woodland near Helmsley, where she lived.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Although formal identification has not been confirmed at this stage, officers believe the body to be that of Chelsea Allen.
“The circumstances are currently not believed to be suspicious.
“The family of Chelsea Allen have been informed of this news and are currently being supported.”
It comes after an extensive search, as she was first reported missing on Sunday 26th June after leaving home with no money or her phone.
